Laws about cyberspace or atleast public's knowledge about them is not too extensive. Unless marcel was criminal or something, or was somehow causing loss of business to the other guy its difficult to understand why that guy filed a case. Regardin the post you promised, i know you haven't forgotten. I wasn't complaining, only wondering. And i'm in no hurry. Of course you have to have a context to put it into. :-) and spending time on internet was a compliment :-) yes, one has to see history of their relationship.
